Disclaimer

While Mussel Bound Tours makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond Mussel Bound Tours’ control. Mussel Bound Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule or route without notice.

 

Mussel Bound Tours assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond Mussel Bound Tours’ control.

 

Fares are subject to change without notice. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Mussel Bound Tours reserves the right, without refund of any portion of ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to passengers on the tour. If you witness disorderly conduct or suspect a problem with a fellow passenger please notify your Mussel Bound Tours tour guide.

 

Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age or older at all times.

 

The use or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, vape, or narcotic products is strictly prohibited on the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their tickets 48 hours before their scheduled tour departure for a full refund. Please contact us via email (info@musselbound.com) to facilitate a refund. Due to poor weather or conditions outside of our control, Mussel Bound may cancel tours at which point a full refund will be issued to affected guests.

Photo Privacy Policy

Mussel Bound Tours may use tour images for company communication, internal purposes, training, or on social media. No images will be used for promotional purposes without additional consent. Group photos may be taken and if a guest would like to step out of those, please inform staff and we will accommodate as best we can. Opting out of photos will in no way affect the service provided. Images will be handled with care and only used as described above.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
